Triggers

The Triggers screen gives you a single place to view and manage all triggers across every Database Workflow in the application. A trigger is always owned by a specific workflow - this screen is an aggregation. You can also create and edit triggers directly on the workflow’s Details tab; see Workflow Triggers for the full field reference.

Navigate to Automation - Triggers to see all triggers in the current application:

ColumnDescription
Trigger NameHuman-readable name
WorkflowThe Database Workflow this trigger belongs to
Trigger TypeManual or Scheduled
Module NameWhich module the trigger belongs to

Use + Add Trigger to create a new trigger, and the row checkboxes plus Delete to remove triggers in bulk.

Clicking + Add Trigger opens the same panel used on the workflow’s Details tab, with one addition: a Workflow selector at the top. Because you are not in the context of a specific workflow, you first pick which Database Workflow this trigger should belong to. After selecting a workflow, the rest of the fields are identical - see Workflow Triggers for the complete field reference for both Manual and Scheduled triggers.
